LOFT AMENITIES:
- Windows lofts is true loft. The Windows Lofts building was converted to residential lofts in 2009 from an industrial building that was home the J.I. Case company that was a manufactured farm tractors dating back to 1917 when the building was built.
- Every loft comes with its own front loading, full size, washer & dryer.
- Polished concreate floors with clear finish that brings out the natural beauty in these floors from 1914.
- At least one wall has an accent wall of floor to ceiling exposed brink for that true loft feeling.
- Oversized factory size thermopane windows fill the rooms with natural light.
- Contemporary kitchen and bathroom cabinets fit perfectly with the loft living.
- Glass bowl sinks in the bathrooms and deep stainless steel sinks in the kitchen with commercial kitchen faucets with dual function pull-down sprayhead.
- Ceilings sore to as high as 20’ feet in some lofts with the standard ceiling height being at least 12’.
- All ceilings expose the natural wood and steal that is now over one hundred years old.
- All bathtubs are equipped with jacuzzi massage spa jets.
- All showers are surrounded in slate tile that run from floor to ceiling.
- Fantastic closet space. Some are so long they run the entire length of the bedroom. Some have walk-in closets that are like another bedroom.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
- Rooftop swimming pool with new composite wood sun deck all with amazing views of Kansas City.
- Our rooftop grill lets you BBQ some dinner while you hang out by the pool or in our sky lounge.
- 24 Hour Fitness Center with Google Fiber TV and Wi-Fi so you can stream your own content while you work out.
- Luxer package lockers that can text or email you when your package arrives.
- Vending machines for those light night munchies.
- We have a private fenced and gated exterior surface parking lot that is for our residents only. Parking fees apply.
- Windows Lofts has a large patio with a grill on the ground level as you enter the building. This is used for resident events or feel free to hang out with your friends here.
- There are a small number of interior parking garage space. There maybe a wait list to get one of these spots but they do come available. Monthly parking fees apply here as well.
PET POLICY:
Dogs and cats welcome. Two pets per unit maximum. $25 per pet, per month pet rent. $200 nonrefundable pet fee due at leasing signing. Pet fee good for one or two pets.
